Brega Petroleum Marketing Company intends to announce the above-mentioned Tender for the pre-qualifications to implement a complete project of (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) filling plant includes the required facilities in the city of AL-ZWETINA, with accordance to the scope of work as (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) which is summarized in the following items:
1. Engineering and design works.
2. Civil works for instance: surveying, earthworks (excavation and backfilling), concrete works, etc
3. Construction of offices building, fence works, etc.
4. Construction a storage for spare parts and a maintenance warehouse.
5. Metal works for filling hall as well as pumps, air compressors, firefighting systems, etc.
6. Supply and implement of L.P.G filling carousel contains all necessary facilities and accessories such as: (Gas Tanks, Loading and Unloading Gantry, Power Station, Gas Network, Gas Compressor and Firefighting Systems, Air Compressor, Floor Scale, etc.) with a commitment to supply the equipments from the approved manufacturers list by Brega Petroleum Marketing Company.
7. Firefighting systems works includes water tank.
8. Earthling and cathodic protection system works
9. Inspections, calibrations and testing works.
Both Local and international companies registered in Libya possessing relevant experience with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:
* Provide organisation's articles of incorporationa cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).
* Provide the financial status.
* Provide previous experience of similar works supported with references.
* Provide the list of technical crews and company’s equipment.
* Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email and website address.
* Important Notes:
* Dealing within officially assigned representatives only.
* Companies that are not registered in Libya are permitted to participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the financial and technical conditions mentioned on this announcement, with submitting a pledge to register with the competent authorities in the Libyan state to submit the required documents within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of notification of intention to award.
* Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.
* Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega’s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.
* The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.
The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 PM on Monday 19/06/2023
Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.
